I became a REALTOR after 17 years as a Regional, District, and National Sales-Marketing Manager for a small manufacturer of quick disconnect couplers. Managing our distributor network, training distributors, working with each distributor's sales staff making end-user sales calls, knowing our competitor distributors, discussing with them the benefits of a change to our product. That was the working part. Our work at trade shows in great locales was the fun part! Entertain, eat, socialize, etc.

I now work a business that brings great pleasure to me after the many years of traveling every week. Home styles, décor, landscape design, and furnishing could well have been my specialty many years earlier. I enjoy the detail of staging a home, eliminating clutter, coordinating furnishings, and making it shine for review by potential buyers.

As a Charlotte native, I know the city quite well. An east-sider by birth, I've lived in the Plaza area, near the Cabarrus County line out in the "point" of eastern Mecklenburg County, and am now a resident of Mint Hill. This great little farm community is bursting with new construction. A new hospital, huge mall, and six new neighborhoods are currently under construction. Our downtown area is a bustling "metropolis". Our Historical Society is developing a reconstruction of five buildings with displays. A new town hall is planned and will soon be started. Our police force and town council help keep this little town on pace and a wonderful place to reside.

My goal with all my buyer clients is to find them a home in a community for which they feel the comfort and I feel for Mint Hill. The perfect place is out there....and we will find it!

For my listing clients, marketing their home allows me to practice the marketing skills I've learned through the years and provides me an opportunity to practice my favorite activities.....décor and styling!

My three adult children have produced five wonderful grandchildren, all of whom live in the Charlotte area. What a treat to have my family near.

Do you have pets? I love my dogs and cats, all of whom are rescued from a variety of situations.. Two of each! I also pet sit for a local firm. I go by our clients home in the early mornings and late afternoons to feed, walk, and just pet the little critters. So much love for so little trouble!

HARLEYS!! Ride for an hour and I'm totally relaxed and problem free....I've solved all my issues while I ride the wind....Thursday night out with the gang and weekend rides are most enjoyable. Electra Glide Classic...I ride the second seat. Whhooee!!
