Scott grew up in Ontario, Canada and attended Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario for marketing and advertising.   Scott & his lovely wife, Jacquie moved to Charlotte in 1993, just out of college.   Scott built, owned and operated Morrison Painting Company for 14 years while specializing in interior painting and faux finishes in some of the most elite homes in Charlotte. 

Wanting a new career challenge, real estate just seemed to be the best fit for him and so, he pursued his real estate broker’s license.  He began purchasing real estate as investments and now maintains several rentals.  Scott feels that “Creating a faux finish is a lot like being a real estate agent; it involves listening to the customer, envisioning their ideas and then creating them.”  Scott brings with him a great deal of knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate. 

“As a Canadian having moved to the South, I understand what it is like to relocate to an unknown city.  After 15 years of living in Charlotte, I also know the city and realize what a great decision I made.”  Whether you live across the country or across the city, Scott enjoys sharing his knowledge to make your relocation as smooth as possible.

Scott’s interests include travel, antiques, wood working and home renovations.  Scott & his wife reside in Matthews with their two handsome dogs, Titan & Bentley.
